Ron Haque Sikder, managing director of Sikder Group, is no more. She died in a hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
According to the family, he was admitted to the hospital last week after suffering from liver complications. He died on Monday (May 4th) while undergoing treatment at noon local time.
Ron Haque Sikder was the managing director of Sikder Group of Companies. He was also a former director of National Bank Limited.
Several cases have been filed against him and his brother Rick Haque Sikder under the Prevention of Corruption Act and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. He was reportedly staying in Thailand and the United Arab Emirates for a long time to avoid arrest.
