The government will announce three Hajj packages for pilgrims on Sunday (September 28). The packages will be formally declared by Religious Affairs Adviser Dr. A F M Khalid Hossain at 5 pm in the ministry’s conference room at the Secretariat.
The information was confirmed on Saturday by Abu Bakar Siddique, Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
In 2025, two government-managed packages were introduced. The cost of General Hajj Package-1 was Tk 4,78,242, while Package-2 cost Tk 5,75,680. Meanwhile, the private management package was fixed at Tk 4,83,156.
According to the ministry, this year’s Hajj packages will see a slight reduction in costs, enabling more people to perform Hajj with ease.
