The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has temporarily suspended all holidays for doctors and health workers to ensure emergency services in the government health system due to the increase in measles infection in the country.
An office order issued on Thursday (April 2nd) said the decision was implemented in the interest of maintaining uninterrupted medical care and strengthening vaccination activities to deal with the situation. The acquired and casual leave of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) will remain suspended until further notice.
