Musician Kanak Chapa went to Evercare Hospital to check on the physical condition of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, passing through the tight security.
However, although he could not meet Khaleda Zia, he spoke to her full-time assistant Fatima and learned that Khaleda Zia is currently receiving food and medicine through a feeding tube. It is also reported that her physical condition has improved slightly compared to the previous day.
Fatema said that Khaleda Zia is occasionally opening her eyes and responding. Coming out of the Kanak Chapa Hospital, she said, “People from all over the country are praying for her. Allah will surely accept the prayers of some or the other.”
Kanakchapa also wrote on social media that he was praying from a distance, respecting Khaleda Zia’s request not to gather in the interest of her health. But in the end, unable to hold his breath, he went to the hospital and saw the situation up close.
At the hospital, he met BNP leaders Dr. Zahid Hossain, Shimul Biswas, Amanullah Aman, Attorney General Mohammad Asaduzzaman, former MP Nazim Uddin Alam and others, and they all informed him about Khaleda Zia’s latest physical condition.
