Popular television actress Neelanjana Neela was trapped in a lift in Dhaka’s Uttara for nearly an hour before being rescued by the Fire Service.
Neela herself recorded and shared a video of the incident on social media. In the footage, she is seen describing her situation, trying to stay calm, and even drinking water from her bag to ease the tension.
Firefighters initially created a small gap in the lift door to allow her to breathe, and after about an hour of effort, they managed to bring her out safely.
The incident quickly spread on social media, leaving many of her fans worried. However, she was eventually rescued unharmed.
