Model and actress Snigya Chowdhury has filed a case with the Khilkhet police station in the capital accusing her of physical abuse.
He filed a case against the accused on Sunday night (July 26th).
According to the lawsuit, Snigya Chowdhury was summoned to a hospital after talking about signing an agreement of advertising. He was allegedly subjected to physical assault.
Sneeja claimed that she did not take legal action at first for fear of a negative impact on her personal life after the incident. Later, he filed a case with the police station in view of the matter. Police said the complaint will be investigated and legal action will be taken. However, no immediate statement was received on the complaint.
The victim alleged that the chairman of the ASEAN group became angry as another woman named ‘Jeba Takia’. According to him, the actor who was present at the scene indicated that he would confess his identity instead of calming the situation.
The woman, named Zeba Takia, cheated the chairman and embezzled money. He was killed by the man.
According to the lawsuit, he was physically assaulted during the torture and threatened. He also alleged that he was grabbed by his hair, slitting his throat and kicking him on various parts of his body, causing him injured.
Sneha said that he had asked the accused to stop at the time of the attack, but the torture did not stop. He was later treated and filed a case with the police station seeking legal response.
