Dr. Kamal Hossain, founder of Gono Forum and one of the drafters of the Constitution of Bangladesh, has been admitted to a private hospital in the capital due to serious illness.
Prothom Alo Online confirmed, citing Gono Forum General Secretary Mizanur Rahman, that he was admitted to the hospital on Friday (January 2).
He said that Dr. Kamal Hossain is suffering from lung problems. He has sought prayers from the countrymen for his speedy recovery.
It is worth noting that earlier last Wednesday (December 31), Dr. Kamal Hossain was present at Manik Mia Avenue to attend the funeral of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.
