In the wake of recent earthquakes, all academic activities at Dhaka Medical College have been suspended until November 29.
The announcement came on Sunday (November 23) following an emergency academic council meeting. Principal Professor Dr. Md. Kamrul Alam informed that the decision was approved by the university syndicate.
According to the notice, professional MBBS exams scheduled under Dhaka University are also postponed until November 29. The temporary suspension aims to reduce students’ stress after the severe earthquakes and provide them an opportunity to meet with their guardians if needed.
Academic activities are expected to resume as usual on November 30.
