The number of measles is increasing alarmingly in the country. Six more children have died of measles in the last twenty-four hours. However, at the same time, no deaths were confirmed by the test.

According to the latest statistics of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), a total of 350 people died of suspected measles in the country from March 15 to May 11. At the same time, six thousand 937 people have been diagnosed with measles.
According to the report, new suspected measles cases have been detected in the last 24 hours. And from March 15th to May 11th this year, the total number of suspected patients stood at 50 thousand 500 people.
In the last 24 hours, eighteen confirmed measles patients have been tested.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), 35 thousand 980 people were admitted to the hospital with suspected measles symptoms from March 15 to May 11. During this period, 31 thousand 992 people were discharged from the hospital after treatment.
Health experts say the situation could get more complicated if children are not vaccinated regularly. They urged parents to get their children vaccinated on time, as well as seek medical advice if they show symptoms such as fever, reddish rash and shortness of breath.
