BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman is participating in a series of rallies in seven districts today, Thursday, kicking off the official campaign for the 13th parliamentary election.
In this campaign, which will start from Sylhet after the allocation of the symbol, he will address public meetings in Sylhet, Moulvibazar, Habiganj, Brahmanbaria, Kishoreganj, Narsingdi and Narayanganj.
According to the party program, Tarique Rahman started the day’s program with a public meeting at the Sylhet Government Alia Madrasa ground in the morning. After that, he will participate in election rallies at Sherpur Ainpur ground in Moulvibazar, Shayestaganj Upazila Parishad ground in Habiganj, Sarail in Brahmanbaria, Bhairab Stadium in Kishoreganj, Narsingdi Municipal area and Araihazar in Narayanganj.
BNP sources said that this program of rallies in multiple districts on a single day was taken at the very beginning of the election campaign to increase public involvement.
