BNP Chairperson Tarique Rahman stopped his car and greeted Dhaka University Chhatra Dal leader Sheikh Tanvir Bari Hamim, a video of the scene that went viral on social media on Sunday (January 11) showed.
Hamim himself published the video on his personal Facebook ID. It shows that Tarique Rahman, seeing Hamim from a distance, opens the car door, calls him closer and talks to him. At this time, the BNP Chairperson inquired about Hamim’s physical condition and advised him to move carefully.
In the caption of the video, Hamim expressed his emotions and wrote, “Not any party position, but Tarique Rahman’s love is the biggest achievement for him, and with this love, he wants to remain under the BNP flag for life.”
Hamim said that Tarique Rahman saw him and called him and asked why he had come despite being ill. When he told him that he had come to greet him, Tarique Rahman checked his health and advised him to proceed with caution and prayed for him.
