Thirty-nine officers serving as Police Inspectors (Unarmed) have been promoted and appointed as Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASP).
The Ministry of Home Affairs issued a notification regarding this on Monday (September 22). The notification was signed by Deputy Secretary Tousif Ahmed following the President’s order.
According to the notification, the promoted officers must submit their joining letters to the Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs through the appropriate authority. The order, issued in the public interest, is effective immediately.
