The judicial proceedings of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court will be conducted as per the previous schedule from Sunday. However, judicial (lower) court proceedings will start at 9:30 am instead of 10:30 am.
This decision was taken in the full court meeting of the Supreme Court comprising judges of the Appellate and High Court divisions of the Supreme Court under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Hasan Faiz Siddiqui on Thursday.
This information was informed in a circular signed by Registrar General of the Supreme Court Golam Rabbani.
The notification informed that the trial will begin at 10:30 am in all the benches of the High Court division from Robra. The proceedings will continue till 4:15 with a break of 45 minutes in between.
It is also informed that the trial will start at 9:30 am in all the subordinate courts and tribunals of the country. The proceedings will continue till 4.30 minutes with a break of 30 minutes in between. High court and lower court offices will also run as per the earlier schedule.
