Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has inaugurated the ‘New Bud Sports (Season-2)’ in Khulna to encourage the new generation of sports and find potential sports talent in the country. He officially inaugurated the competition by flying balloons and pigeons at Khulna District Stadium on Thursday (November 5th) afternoon.
Earlier, the prime minister arrived at the Khulna district stadium at 3pm 45pm. To welcome him, students of various educational institutions and athletes from different educational institutions took part in the competition.
After entering the stadium, the prime minister rushed to students and athletes who were staying in different places of the gallery. The young men and the students were very excited to see him. They raised their hands and congratulated the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister also held out his hand and answered their good wishes.
In this vibrant moment of the Prime Minister and students and sportsmen, a festive atmosphere was created throughout the stadium. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the participants around the opening ceremony.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman gave an invitation to the Bangladesh Sports Education Institute (BKSP) to the top 40 contestants of the first edition of the ‘New Bud Sports’.
This initiative is seen as an important initiative in the development of talented young people in the field of sports and creating opportunities for their training. If you get admission in BKSP, the selected players will have the opportunity to further develop their skills through regular training and sports education.
With the inauguration of the second edition of the new bud sports, it is expected to take further the activities of finding new sports talent from the grassroots level of the country.
