Six more people have died of measles across the country in the last 24hrs. At the same time, thousands of suspected measles patients were identified. Eighty-four cases of measles have been confirmed.

According to the report, the number of suspected measles-related deaths in the country rose to 962 from March 15 to Monday morning this year. At the same time, 101 people died of measles.
A total of 81 thousand people have been identified as suspected measles across the country. The number of measles patients stood at 20 thousand 646.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), 1 lakh 58 thousand 589 people have been hospitalized with suspected measles since March 15. One lakh 52 thousand people have returned home after receiving clearance.
On the other hand, the total number of suspected measles patients admitted to hospitalized for the same period is 1 lakh 59 thousand 804 people. The total number of patients discharged from the hospital is 1 lakh 53 thousand 448 people.
