Dengue fever has increased in the country. At least nine people have died of dengue in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 571 new people were hospitalized.
This information was given in the report published by the Department of Health on Tuesday.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), this is the highest number of dengue deaths and hospitalizations in one day this year. The total number of dengue deaths has risen to 130 this year.
This rise of new patients and deaths indicates the deterioration of the dengue situation in the country.
