The impact of measles has reached an alarming level in the country. Seven more children have died of measles in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 887 children were infected with measles and measles.
This information was given in the updated report published by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on Saturday (June 20th). According to the report, although no child died of measles in the last 24 hours, seven children died of symptomatic complications.
As a result, the death toll with measles symptoms has risen to 584 since March 15. At the same time, ninety-three more children died of measles. In the current period, a total of 677 deaths from measles and its symptoms have reached 677.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), measles has been confirmed in the body of eight children in the last 24 hours. In addition, eighty-seven new patients have been found with measles. During this time, 746 children were hospitalized and 574 returned home after treatment.
According to the latest statistics, the total number of suspected measles patients in the country stood at 91 thousand 789 people from March 15 to June 20. The number of confirmed patients in the laboratory is 10 thousand 949. At the same time, 75 thousand 902 people were admitted to the hospital, of whom 71 thousand 970 were recovered and left the hospital with treatment.
