Seven more children have died of measles and measles in the country in the last 24 hours. Two of them died of measles and five died of symptoms.
The total number of deaths in the current outbreak has increased to 324.

According to the report, in the last 24 hours, thousands of children have been diagnosed with measles or measles. The total number of cases across the country increased significantly from March 15 to May 6.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), six thousand ৯৯৯ measles have been detected in the test during this period. Forty-four thousand people were also treated in hospital with symptoms of measles.
A total of 56 children have died of measles, while 268 have died of symptoms.
According to region-wise statistics, the number of cases and deaths is the highest in Dhaka division. So far, 163 children have died and 24 thousand 57 have been infected.
According to the health directorate, the biggest challenge now is to strengthen the vaccination program and ensure speedy treatment to control the infection.
