DMP Gulshan Division Traffic DC Mohammad Mizanur Rahman has been transferred as Kishoreganj SP. This is his first posting in his district after serving in DMP for a year. He is the 25th BCS police officer.
He passed his SSC with first class from the Advertising Department of Gangamandal Raj Institution under Comilla Devidwar Police Station. Then he obtained first class in SSC Science Department from Sujat Ali Government College, Devidwar. He obtained first class in Honors and Masters in Zoology from Dhaka University.
Joined 25th BCS:
He joined the police cadre in the 25th BCS. He received one year of rigorous training from Sarada Police Academy. He also received basic training at BPATC. Then he
entered real life policing. After completing his Chandpur district apprenticeship, he worked in various places. He worked in the district, RAB, APBN and PBI.
DMpur Best DC:
He was working as DC, Gulshan Division – Traffic in DMP. He gained expertise in reducing traffic jams, filing specific cases and enforcing the law. He made various traffic plans by keeping good relations with various societies in Gukshan, Banani, Baridhara. His goal was to provide health to the people. He has received the Best DC award many times in recognition of his work.
UN Peace Mission Award:
Muzanur Rahman Shelley served a term in the UN Peace Mission. He was awarded the UN Peace Prize.
He was the Operation Commander in Shangil Tobaya, Darfur, Sudan. While he was the Operation Commander, he planned movements with officers coming to peace missions from different countries. He completed the peace mission with great distinction.
