President Mohammad Shahabuddin has called the first session of the 13th National Parliament on March 12. The session will begin at 11 am that day in the Parliament Chamber of the National Parliament Building in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka.
A notification issued by the Parliament Secretariat on Monday said that this session has been called under the powers of the President under Article 72(1) of the Constitution.
The notification further said that the five-year term of the 13th National Parliament will begin on March 12, which will end on March 11, 2031.
