The capital has felt another earthquake. The tremor was felt at around 6:06 pm. The Meteorological Office said the magnitude of the earthquake was 3.7 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was in the Badda area of the capital.
Earlier in the day, at 10:36 a.m., a magnitude-3.3 earthquake was recorded, with its epicenter in Palash upazila of Narsingdi.
On Friday morning, a magnitude-5.7 earthquake struck, with its epicenter in Madhabdi upazila, located 13 kilometers east of Dhaka. That stronger quake claimed 10 lives, including two children.
