Bangladesh’s National Security Adviser (NSA) Khalilur Rahman has held a meeting with India’s National Security Adviser Ajit Doval in New Delhi. Rahman, who is visiting Delhi to attend the National Security Advisers’ Meeting of the Colombo Security Conclave (CSC), met Doval along with the delegation he is leading. The Indian NSA also led his own delegation in the talks.
According to a post shared by the Bangladesh High Commission in Delhi on Wednesday evening, the meeting discussed the activities of the Colombo Security Conclave as well as several key bilateral issues between Bangladesh and India.
Khalilur Rahman also invited Ajit Doval to visit Bangladesh.
Khalilur Rahman arrived in Delhi on Tuesday to attend the seventh National Security Advisers’ Summit of the Colombo Security Conclave. He is scheduled to join the conference at Hyderabad House in Delhi on Thursday.
