The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced the dates and schedule for the oral examination of the 49th Special BCS.
According to the notification released on Thursday (October 23), the oral exams will begin on November 2 and continue until November 9. The exams will be held daily from 10:00 AM at the PSC office in Agargaon, Dhaka.
The results of the written examination for the 49th BCS were published on Sunday, with 1,219 candidates passing. A total of 176,670 candidates participated in the written test, accounting for 56.49% of the total applicants.
On July 21, the PSC issued a notice inviting applications for recruiting 653 teachers for government general colleges and 30 teachers for government teacher training colleges. The application period ran from 12:10 PM on July 22 to 6:00 PM on August 22. The application fee was 200 Taka for general candidates and 50 Taka for disadvantaged groups. The maximum age limit for applicants was set at 32 years.
