President Donald Trump has blamed Fox News for the defeat of the Republicans in the US midterm elections. He also criticised some of the party leaders for “fake Republicans” by announcing an analysis of the reason for the victory and defeat of the candidates.
In a post on social media on Wednesday (November 4th), Trump said he would do a political analysis considering the two aspects of why he won and why he lost.
“Texas Governor Greg Abbott said he would not lose if Abbott had not been a RINO (Republican in Name Only) or a nominal Republican in the last six months of his political career.”
Trump also shared a picture of a red hat written “veto”. He is believed to have the power to block the legislation passed by the next Congress.
The president also expressed his anger at the Fox News political panel. He questioned the decision of former New York Democrat Mayor Bill de Blasio to be included in the panel.
Trump has accused Democrats of supporting the Democratic Party as well as other negatives, Fox News has played a role in the defeat of the Republicans in the election. However, a detailed analysis of the party’s defeat in the election has not yet been published.
