Seven more people have died in the country with measles symptoms in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 1,319 people have been admitted to hospitals with measles and its symptoms.
With this, the total number of deaths due to confirmed measles and measles symptoms this year has reached 1,196.

104 people died due to confirmed measles
According to the data of the Directorate General of Health Services, 1,092 people have died due to measles symptoms in the country from March 15 to October 18 of this year. In addition, 104 more people have died due to confirmed measles in the test. In total, the number of deaths due to measles and its symptoms during this period has reached 1,196.
Suspected patients exceed 2 lakh
According to the bulletin, the total number of suspected measles patients in the country has increased to 2 lakh 13 thousand 244. Of them, 23 thousand 122 people have been diagnosed with measles through tests.
Since March 15 till now, 1 lakh 89 thousand 484 people have been admitted to various hospitals in the country with measles and its symptoms. Among them, 181,756 people have recovered and returned home after completing treatment.
